Gifortune Quick Loans Limited is licensed by the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (FCCPC) of Nigeria as an Approved Digital Money Lender (License No. 2024-QL-091). We operate strictly within the FCCPC Limited Interim Regulatory / Registration Framework for Digital Lending.
Privacy in plain English
We collect only what we need to lend safely: your BVN for identity, your bank statements for affordability, and your contact details to talk to you. We never access your phone contacts, photos, or messages. We never sell your data. We are NDPR-compliant and registered with NITDA.
Data security
All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and at rest using AES-256. Sensitive fields like BVN are tokenised. We undergo annual third-party penetration testing and maintain a 24/7 incident response team.
Responsible lending charter
We will not lend you more than 50% of your monthly net income as monthly repayment. We disclose total cost of credit upfront — including all interest. We do not call third parties. We do not use abusive language. We do not post your details on social media. We honour the FCCPC code of ethics in full.
Your rights as a borrower
You have the right to: a clear loan agreement before disbursement, full cost-of-credit disclosure, a 24-hour cooling-off period, early repayment without penalty (with interest pro-rated to the day), and to escalate any complaint to the FCCPC if unresolved within 7 days.

Terms of service summary
By using Gifortune you agree to repay borrowed amounts plus disclosed interest on the agreed schedule. We agree to disburse approved amounts within 24 hours, to never harass you or your contacts, and to treat you with dignity. The full terms are available on request and provided with every loan agreement.
